Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for supporting Forest Park Rangers FC. We want all our supporters to be happy with their gear, but we understand that sometimes an item might not be the perfect fit for the pitch.

1. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging (including tags).
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards.
  • Customized Merchandise: Any jerseys or apparel with custom name/number printing.
  • Personal care or hygiene items (e.g., socks or water bottles that have been opened).
  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; items purchased during a clearance or “Final Sale” event are not eligible.

4. The Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected based on the condition of the item.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • Late Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after 10 days, please contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times can vary.

5. Shipping Returns

  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Tracking: If you are shipping an item over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Exchanges
